The Independent Power Producers Association of British Columbia (IPPBC) aims to develop a viable independent power industry in BC that serves the public interest by providing cost-effective electricity through the environmentally responsible development of the Province's energy resources.
IPPBC retained FD Element to produce an informative a province-wide election advocacy campaign featuring online and radio advertising aimed at BC residents, political officials, environmental groups and the media. Hard-hitting messaging outlining the economic and environmental benefits of independent power production.
FDE provided IPPBC with strategic counsel and messaging, targeted media planning and buying, and numerous creative pieces including: a micro-site, two radio ads, one print ad, and three banner ads.
The synergistic effect of clear messaging and targeted media placements allowed IPPBC to effectively impact the election while building a working platform for future campaigns.
